I can't seem to compile any of my lights in the map that i am working on. I get this error that says light grid array mismatch. The map itself is just a full bright map, and we don't want that. So what can I do to get my lights to work.

I got 'light grid array mismatch' in the game. It compiled everything but when I tested my map, its just a full bright place, thats it.
You are probably getting a compile error during the lightmap stage, so your map doesn't even have a lightgrid.
Are you compiling from within Radiant, or are you using q3map2gui or another external program? You need to check your compile log.
