For some ridiculous reason my pc gives the same fps with highest as with lowest settings, it only looks better, the low settings and high settings fps don't go above 60, ever. The PC I had before this one never gave 60 or more either, I have the feeling my entire PC is rigged, can you help?

System: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHz Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT for 256 MB Motherboard: ASRock 775Dual-VSTA ISA, PCI, AGP

Turning off Vsync and the console command com_maxfps 120 (or whatever you want your fps limit to be) might help.

I have had similar FPS issues, you'd think with high end bits, JA would run better, when my family PC owns mine at most of my games, apart from the newish ones..

I'll try the Vsync, the maxfps is already so damn high I can't pronounce the number.

to be honest.. i dont see any reason why you'd need to have your FPS above 60.. your eyes can only register 25~30 FPS anyway, so anything higher is just a waste of effort, as long as your FPS is above that.. there's nothin to worry about
