When i create a map using GtkRadiant-1.3.12, lighting doesn't show up in my map. Any1 know y?

I might be taking you for being far less intelligent than you really are, but you did insert light entities, right? Considering you did, and it doesn't work, either try changing their location, making sure they aren't surrounded by a brush, raising their luminence value, or if all else fails try to put in ambient light just to se if your .vis compilation has an error.

I put the light entity in the room, does that count as being surrounded by a brush lol?

I've tried higher light settings and it doesn't work.

I'll try the abient light thing

Compile in the following order (use gtkradiant 1.4 a lot better than 1.3.12)

-bsp meta -vis fast -light faster <<< needed in order to have the light show up and "light" your map.
