VM_Create on UI failed: You do not have the administrator rights. I guess you have vista, try to launch it as an administrator. Maybe it'll work then.. Eh, most of the time, but not always, there are many causes of this error. I don't have the time to go into them at the moment.

Sounds to me like the UI files are just screwed up. Investigate. At worst, you'd have to re-instal the base assets and transfer the UI files.
