Hello. I have Jedi Academy and recently my friends got it too. We were all ready to play MP but then...

1. One of my friends said that in SP his models were gone, like he couldn't see anyone.

2. My other friend said he had a problem with something about pixels, I'm sorry, I'll ask him for more detail later, and will edit if I can reach him.

If anyone knows any cause for either of these, help would be appreciated.

Well, if his models dissappeared from Singleplayer species selection menu, maybe he has too many models in his "Base" folder. Tell him to reduce their amount. However, they should still be avaible via "playermodel" console command. Can he use them in Multiplayer?

Your other friend`s problem could be related to his graphic card, but yeah, more details would be appreciatted.

Oh it's not the Single Player Menu, it's the game. And this happened right after he got it, no mods or whatever. And I'm pretty sure this isn't happening in MP. Thanks for the response.

My guess is he was probably fiddling around with something he shouldn't, but why not just reinstall the game? It would probably save time.

Looks like some kind of problem with resolution. Ask your friend for his computer specifications. CPU (frequency and company), RAM amount, graphic card (company, generation, VRAM amount and current driver version), OS and DirectX report.

Have him update/reinstall his video driver. There's a good possibility that's the problem.

I was thinking the same thing. I could use those computer specs for more information, though. :Pc:
