Ok. It used to work perfectly before but now evey time I add an NPC or a model comes with it's own npc, this error keeps coming up when I try to start an MP game. In order to get it working I have to delete the NPC files out of the PK3 which I would rather not do... Any help would be great.

Also, the saber packs I try to put in don't seem to work. They used to but suddenly they just don't appear in the list. I've tried several different packs and each one just won't come up. Once again, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Inyri ForgeWhen your NPC list gets too long, JA gets all freaked out and stops spawning other NPCs. This can be espcially detrimental in single-player, as it will screw up the entire game.

Fortunately, or unfortunately as the case may be, most skinners are too lazy to add in NPC files. Some people, like me until I realized this was a problem, included NPC files for every single skin.

You're right, in that the best thing to do would be to go through the PK3s and delete some .npc files...

If you just search the forums a little, you're likely to find that your question has already been answered several dozen times. The NPC list can only be so long. JKA was designed that way, and unfortunately to my knowledge there's no way around it. As for the saber packs, that's not really my specialty. I have not the slightest clue about sabers.
