Before I begin, let me just say I do NOT need anyone to tell me how stupid, useless, crappy, lame, or unstable JA+ is. I know it's unstable. I deal with it.
Now, onto my problem. In my house, I own two computers. One is one I use, and the other, my brother uses. Both of us play JA+ exclusively, but I've tried out a mod on my computer, then promptly uninstalled it. (Open Jedi Project, to be exact.) Now, if I try to start JA+ in any way, shape, or form, the game ACTS like it's playing JA+, but I can't use any of its features. For example, I can see the controls sub-menu for JA+ Controls, and when I try to set, for example, the grapple hook, pressing the button doesn't do anything, and the button remains as "???". I also can't use RGB sabers, or do anything else JA+ adds, but apparently, the game seems to think it can.
I'm not sure this makes any sense, but it's like all the options are there but I can't use them.
I used the good ol' manual install originally, and I deleted the japlus folder and all its files I could find to reinstall. The only thing I have left from the original install is my server.cfg, my profile .cfg, and some PK3 files I installed in it that included things like vehicles that wouldn't work in BASE.
I tried to delete everything the OJP readme said, and nothing works. This has also happened on my other computer, albeit with a different mod.
So... Assuming this is a conflict between mods, what files will I have to delete? I've done search on the whole computer for anything containing "OJP" and deleted it, but the problem still occurs. Is there anything anyone could even possibly imagine that'd help me?
Again, I don't need anyone to tell me JA+ is unstable, or how lame it is. I understand it's not very stable, but how good it is will always be an opinion.
I didn't make it!
I'm not sure if this will work, but open Jedi Academy Mulitplayer>Setup>Mods>JA+
And then join a server.
I'll try that. I've learned it's definitely a problem of the game not wanting, for some reason, to find the JA+ Plugin. It says I "haven't it installed" when, in fact, I've put it in every possible directory, and even used both the 2.3 and 2.4 beta plugins. (Not at the same time, of course.)
UPDATE: Upon trying this, I quickly read in the MP Console Loading dll file ui. Failed to load dll, looking for qvm. Loading vm file vm/ui.qvm. Failed. Shutting down OpenGL subsystem VM_Create on UI failed
From what I can ascertain, it, for some reason, can't find the ui file in the JAPLUS folder. Why? I don't know, because it's certainly in there. Searching for all UI files, though, I found some hidden folders I didn't know existed. Is there a way to reveal hidden folders without searching for them?

Folder Options > Show Hidden Folders :P
Got this all sorted out, and as a solution to anyone facing this problem, simply go into base folder and delete, that's right, delete the JACONFIG and JAMPCONFIG files. It worked like a charm.
