There's a rather annoying installation error which comes up every time I try to install 3DS Max 8 on my system. It gets to the phase where it tries to run the file raysat_3dsmax8server.exe and then tells me I don't have sufficient privileges to start system processes, which is absolute crap since there's only one user account on my system - and I'm using it. I've tried a ton of stuff, asked my sister who works at a tech support company, bugged my IT tutors at college halfway to death about it, and asked about this over in Tech forum, but it seems no one has a clue. So, maybe one of the resident 3DS Max users over here... *shifts eyes to Inyri and Gir* ...can help me out. Help!!! Pwease? :(

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

I've already cleared it for net access with both my firewall and antivirus. That's why I'm so stumped. :(
