This starts off with a replacement skin I submitted, I understood why those screenshots were rejected since they were bmp shots. I recently submitted another file and chose jpg screenshots I had taken. It rejected all 3 saying they must be valid jpg images. I used the same type of screenshots in other files and it didn't reject them. And it meets the size requirements for a screenshot. Any solutions?

Maybe it depends on how they're saved. Are they baseline or progressive?
