I am having trouble getting one of my shaders to work in JA.

textures/taspir_remap_textures/triforce_shader { qer_editorimage textures/taspir_remap_textures/triforce surfaceparm nomarks surfaceparm nodlight q3map_nolightmap { map textures/taspir_remap_textures/triforce } }

All I want is a shader that makes looks glossy, doesn't get shadows and one that takes no marks. ShaderEd says my shader is fine. But in JA, I see only the typical gray grid squares. All assets are present, so what's wrong? Do I need the shader file in a pk3 or something?question>

Yes...put it in the pk3. You also dont need the qer_editor line.

What I mean is, it's in the directory, just not in a pk3. I'm not sure if you understood that fully or not. I know to put it in the pk3 when I submit it and all, though. But I'll try pk3ing it and see what happens.

**************************************************************** No, pk3ing it did not work. Instead, it brought up an error in loading the saber models, saying there were 'too many single saber models.' As soon as I took out that pk3, it all worked again (except that shader).
