when i try to uninstall JKA i get this error component: Game2 Error: unspecified error then i hit the OK button and the uninstall stops. I know its odd but i would appreciate your help, thanks.

Try using a third party uninstaller, like RegCleaner (Google for it) to do the uninstall software (deletes registry entries too). Otherwise you will never be able to do a clean re-install, which is the reason, I asssume, you are uninstalling in the first place, Yes?
