Ok, I checked the system requirments...And it said I could run the game. I am on a laptop. But every freaking time i try to start up the game it goes to teh Logo screen and windows gets an error. What is the freaking deal? I installed the game and noticed it didn't put in the right files, (Like JAconfig and so forth). But I already had it downloaded on another computer so I just transfered the files from the other computer to this one. But it STILL gets that error. Can someone PLEASE help? If there is anyone out there that knows a soulution, you will make my month! Please tell me. Thanks.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.are you are using a fully LEGAL and legit copy?

Thats what i was thinking too, i think it had something do do with the word "downloaded." If it is legal, just use the CD and really install it.

On the start menu, click on Run. When the box comes up, type "dxdiag" (without quotes) and press Enter. Wait for this screen to load up, then click on the Display tab.

Under this tab, in the box labelled Device you should see where it says Name: . (For example, mine says Name: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X.)

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but this is totally Sheep's fault.

There is an easier way of checking your System.. right click on 2My Computer and then it shows you your systemhardware! your card sounds like some Noname-onboard-cheap-Card... Maybe it has no 3d support, how new/old is your LapTop`???

Tenraimine says Name: NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X.)
