I just checked and the script you want does indeed exist: k_con_isjedi :)
When you're looking for scripts in KotOR Tool, just keep in mind that "con" stands for conditional and "act" stands for action. It'll be easier to find what you're looking for if you understand the naming conventions.
Cool, but can I use two scripts in one dialog choice?
You'd have to combine them, I think.
Combine them? Man, I'm feeling pretty stupid now, but how would I do that?
Since most of you know about how to edit all these items that are in-game, maybe you could help me out a little bit. How the heck do you add new items (please be simple), and how am I supposed to change it so they use a picture I set up for that specific item. For example: I make a helmet using the pictures and .uti file from the Boba Fett's helmet mod. Now, I don't want to screw up that one and make it look like the new helmet, but I do want to make the new item's file use a new picture. The helmets are exactly the same other than color differences that transforms it from Boba Fett's to Jango Fett's. I found Boba Fett's armor and his helmet along with Jango Fett's Armor, but Jango didn't come with his own helmet. So all I need to figure out is what do I do, using the Kotor Tool, to make his files read his own helmet without messing up Boba Fett's.

Ok, I now need help with voices and combining scripts. Any help WILL be appreciated!
You'll need to be more specific if we're to be able to assist you.
Ok, well I have NO clue as to what should be put in the VO_ResRef or Sound sections in the DLGEditor, and I don't know what a combined script for being a Jedi and being a female would be. Oh, and the voice would be Zaalbar's, or a male Wookiee's, if Zaalbar doesn't have one of his own. PS: I'm really sorry I'm so inexperienced. I hoped I would have been able to do this myself, but hoping doesn't really help.
There's only two wookiee soundsets - male and female. In the VO resref you put the name of the file you want to play.
