Ok..heres a new question...Ive been working on new characters for my Final Fantasy 7 mod...however since new character models arent yet possible..I decided to turn each characters features...(mainly hair styles)..into masks...does anything speacial have to be done...cause the model isnt working..

Ok...ill try..heres a screenshot of the model as is in gmax.....what I did was use the default model that had been there to judge where the hair should be...so it would end up on top of the head...correct me if im doing something wrong.....i then did the usual for textureing....nothing different than I would for a weapon....but when I put it in the override folder...and try to test nothing happens....and yes I linked the model to the base... c_hair.jpg
