The last starmaps i need are kashyyyk and manaan. The problem: After the scene of Jolee fighting the Katarn, and him saying "Ah, the damnable racket of battle. Careful, more of these crawling creatures are hidden in the underbrush..." My game crashes. It did it every time for at least 7 times, til i got sick of it, and used the cheat "warp". I've done everything else down there, and even after getting the star map of Manaan, I can't talk to Jolee, to get the Kashyyyk starmap. I have the full version of the game, not from best of pc, and the latest updates. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how'd you fix it? Any help appreciated. -Deltado

Have you tried turning down your graphics? Just tinker with those and see if it works, if that doesnt work and all else fails I would try reinstalling. -haKZ

Just take a print screen of your stats and everything if you want to keep your character and use cheats to get him to where he was. -haKZ

 during reinstall, the thing said "cyclic redundancy error" and failed the installation...does that mean my disc can't be read?

It means that the check value wasn't right when it was... well, checked. This means that: a) the value wasn't transmitted correctly b) your file wasn't transmitted correctly / completely c) your file is really corrupted

Since you got it to install before, it means that your disc wasn't produced with errors on it. Either your disc is somehow damaged or the transmission just failed for some reason. Try it again. If it doesn't work after the second (or third...) time, it's likely your disc is damaged or there is dirt, dust, whatever on it.
