Getting an error when trying to install mods it says Cannot find file changes.ini. unable to load the instructions text! make sure the "tslpatchdata" folder containing the "info.rtf" file is located in the same folder as this application..what do i do to fix that problem?

I'm afraid you can do very little... Except if the modder just displaced the files. Open up all folders of the mod and look for the files you are missing. If they are somewhere in there, the modder most likely forgot to put them in the right folder. If they are not there, you can try to copy + paste all of the files into your Override-folder (as long as the mod doesn't change modules or sounds or whatnot). But you'll have to be careful, mostly mods using the TSLPatcher do so for a good reason, like they contain .2da-files. Perhaps you could just name the mod you're trying to install?

Oh, yes, when you don't have any other mods installed, you'll most likely have no problem.

I'm having the same exact problem(BoS:SR mod). I don't think anything is missing, because many other people play this mod with no problem.
