I'm going to be a Sith for Halloween... is there anyway I could get my hair to look like the Asian female (the one that has what looks like beads in her hair; she also has bangs)?

 My god, a female poster!!?? I'm stunned!! Not that there's anything wrong about it, it's just this is the first time I've found one in a Star Wars related forum. Anyway, you could do the very same thing I did when I wanted my hairdo to look exactly like Peter Petrelli's from the Heroes Tv series. 1. Take screenshots out of the model, from different angles. Print them with the right lighting and quality so as to be clearly appreciated; a bunch of pixelated references won't do. 2. Ask a healthy number of persons if the look could adapt to your particular hair nature; say, it would be really hard to look like Peter Petrelli if you have curly, blonde hair... not impossible, but certainly a lot more difficult. 3. Find a good stylist, preferably a gay one, for this guys really know their business regardless of their sexual tendency. Ask if he/she can make the wonder happen, and be ready to pay a hefty sum afterwards. Ta-ta!! there you go!! You can turn into a videogame look-alike with these short, concrete steps!! Hope it helps you look like a true Sith next halloween, oh, and don't forget to paint some veins on your cheeks and use yellow contacts... spooky!! :Puzzled:

:uhm: weeell uhm... since it is highly probable you and I live in different countries, I guess suggesting Pericoapa or Pabellón Satélite is out of question, as down here those are the places to go... but I would think every major store like Lux, Devlyn and the like deal on contacts. Now, I know they won't have Dark Side premium packages in hand, but seeing as they are in the business, they may be able to direct you to the proper sources in your community. That's how I learned where to find rare-color contacts in the first place, back when I wanted my eyes to shine like those of the Fremen from Dunes, but that's a whole different story... My, do I have a plethora of anecdotes... Am I so old already?... Anyway, I hope this helps you in your quest to become a halloween Sith... Hell, there should be a "Sith for a day" contest or something... Oh, and if you do succeed at your fall down the dark path, please, do post a picture for everyone to see the result of creative holiday costumes!! =p

Oh you might be surprised if you just stopped assuming everyone was male. We're not all male. ;)

Okay.... well, I might not even use contacts, in that case. And Inyri, I don't guess your name gave it away to SOME people... lol... (To all you guys out there, INYRI is a female name)

I didn't think Inyri sounded particularly masculine, even if folks don't know who she is, but I'm continually surprised. =p

Good point, I had never heard "Inyri"... is it a reference name from movies, games or anime?? You are right, I shouldn't have assumed everyone is male... hmm... it's just that in english, several monickers and nicknames are asexual... unlike my native tongue. Say, if you call someone "dumb" it could go for a girl or a guy, but in spanish, there's "Tonta" for a girl and "Tonto" for a guy. Besides, it is difficult for me to acertain a poster's gender unless they actualy say it or hint to it. I stand corrected!! My language limitations and rare-names ignorance won't make me assume the same again!! By the way, are you girls able to identify each other in the forums?? Too bad about the contacts, it may have made the difference!! Just imagine someone coming to the party showing some Dark Side eyes!! OH, WAIT!!! Are you really the FF Network Administrator, Inyri?? My, I had never met one... save for the multiple times I've written death notes to major executives of companies... but that doesn't count.

Sometimes. I've found out folks were female and have though "Yeah, that makes sense." Females inherently behave differently than males.

As for the FF network administrator, I am a FF network administrator. I am not involved with FileFront.com, however, if that's what you were thinking. I am tasked with taking care of the FileFront gaming network, along with several other very talented folks.
