If they ever do decide to make a third installment of this great game, who should return in it? Of course Revan, Bastilla, Carth, HK-47, the Exile, Mandalore/Canderous and T3-M4 should all be back. Should Bao-Dur, Atton, Brianna (Handmaiden), Visas, The Disciple and Mira be back, too? What about GO-TO? What new characters should come in? Should the Last of the Jedi Council return (if the gamemakers decide on a Light side ending starting point from TSL)? Or should it be what we all want? To find and join Revan past the Outer Rim Worlds (Remember the story of the derelict space craft that Canderous spoke of in Kotor I? What if that somehow tied into this news game?) Should Revan be a Sith Lord or should Revan be a Jedi Knight. Would it be cool to play the first half of the game as the Exile and then as Revan after you've met up with them. How about going back between the two? What if the evil that Revan went to go after wasn't Sith at all? What if it were to be remnants of the Builders, the Ratakan? Or how about a back story that goes into the Sith War with Exar Kun the Qel-Droma's, Nomi Sunrider and an appearance by Jolee Bindo? I mean, where the heck is he? Back on Kashykk? And waht about Juhani? Is she dead, like th option to kill her in Kotor I? or did she travel back to Cathar? Where the hell is everybody? And are Scion and Nihlus truly one with the Force? For every Sith that falls, another is there to take thier place, right? What if the story involves Revan and the Exile rebuilding the Jedi Order and going to all the planets form BOTH games like Manaan, Korriban, Tattooine and some new ones like Coruscant, Ruusan, Sleheyron, and what's left of Ossus? Why not? We all play the game and going to the same planets just gets boring? Why not have our PC's learn new Force powers, lightside ones and darkside ones? How about finding the information from Tulak Horde on his uber-mastery of the lightsaber and learning a new form? How about an armada of Sith warriors numbering 10,000 that you have to slice and dice through to get to a ring of Sith Lords, true Sith Lords with unlimited power? Then having to make the choice either the Exile or Revan to turn back to the darkside or fight to rebuild the destroyed Jedi Order? I say we all e-mail or write Lucas Arts with our ideas and get them going. We want games and stories from before the movie era. Hell, Lucas gave us 25,000 years of Republic and Jedi History to mess with. Stop teasing us Lucas and give the fans what we want... UBER JEDI, UBER SITH AND THE WORLDS TO DEFEN OR CONQUER AS WE SEE FIT. _________________________________________________________________ "I too, was once a Jedi Knight, trained in the ancient art of the Jedi Order. There are those that would say I fell fro the light and embraced the darkness. Fools. All of them. They do not realize the true history of the Order. Sit awhile and I shall tell you the tale." "Milennia ago, the founder, Jedi Bendu walked the fine line between the Light and Dark sides of the Force. He could use Darkside Force powers without succumbing to the temptations of the Darkside. This of course, frightened the early followers of Bendu and at thier behest, he discarded the teachings of the Darkside and focused on building the Jedi Order based on the philosophies of the Light. Since then, Jedi have fallen and brother faced brother with sword and lightsabers. The fools that were Bendu's first Knights were scared of the power of the Darkside. It is but a tool, a way to understanding the true and full nature of the force. There can be no balance without knowledge of both sides of the equation. To focus on one or the other as the Jedi and Sith do is to shame and blaspheme the true reason why Jedi and Sith exist." "There are species in the Galaxy and beyond that do not feel the Force. What good are the abilities fo Jedi or Sith against such races? How would a Jedi defeat an invading threat if the invaders can not feel the Force? How could a Sith Lord manipulate if the opponent could not hear the heartbeat of the galaxy, I ask you? The Force is many things; a teacher, a friend, an ally and a source of strength. But what it is not is the end all and be all. To think so like the Jedi and Sith do is not only foolish, but dangerous. There is much to be learned by studying both ideologies. Only a fool would close his mind to the possibilities of either." "That is why Jedi Bendu passed the teachings of both disciplines to only one Knight. The strongest, but the most kind. The bravest, but the most humble. The most beautiful, but the most scarred. She was his true Padawan, his greatest apprentice. It is her lineage that carried on, in secret, the true teachings of the Jedi Order. And every generation since her, there has been a descendant on the High Council. This is the knowledge that you must seek out if you are to utterly defeat the enemy from without and within. Do not the narrow dogmatic views of the old Jedi Order lead your choices. But do not let your heart grow cold, either. You must strike the balance between the two. Will you break free from the chains of your teachings and embrace an idea greater than all the Jedi Order or Sith Lords? Will you become what it is that you are destined to become, what is in your blood? Or shall you run and hide from your destiny, young one? This is why I have come. You must choose. But choose wisely, for the fate of the galaxy and the future will echo forever." -Excerpt from my novel "Knights of the New Republic: Balance of the Force."
I didn't read all of the second half, but I don't think they'll take our ideas. Also, Revan did go to fight Sith. They're mentioned by name. That, of course, means it couldn't be anything else.
Well i heard a rumor that KOTOR 3 is in creation and something bout a Christmas release don't know which Christmas though
Bao-Dur, Atton, Brianna (Handmaiden), Visas, The Disciple and Mira should be back in KotOR III (if they make it) because kreia says something about them being the lost jedi, at the end of KotOR II.
bao-dur, atton, disciple, the droids, and mandalore can all go away for all i care, i almost never use them, but in Kotor2 they messed things up a little bit, i talked to t3 and he said that Juhani had died because she made Raven mad, but in Kotor1 there is the option to have her still be alive
i'm not sure, i cheated to get 100 influence, so that probably had something to do with it, but if someone will tell me a good site to upload pictures i'll be happy to give you some screenshots of it
It seems like draco has a silver tongue or at least silver pen or keyboard or whatever. I think that who will be in game should be in balance. Dead ones shouldn't appear even if we liked them. It is possible for some to outlive their deaths though. Everyone who connects kotors should appear. Like meeting grown up urchin that was hiding on ebon hawk telling u how she felt about Revan. Just some small details shouldn't be ommited.
Darth Taxi. I don't think you will like it under my bed. I keep my pet laigrek there.:rofl::rofl:
I want T3, Hk, handmaiden, and every one that didn't die in KOTOR 1&2 to come back. you'r 2 main people would be Revan and the exile, and you would be able to bring 4 people out with you, so it would be, say, Revan, the exile, T3, and Hk. but even if the brought back every one from the KOTORs, they wouldn't all be on you'r team. I meen, Carth becam an admiral, Big Z whent back to Kasheeck(or how ever you spell it) I think, and of cours, I think EVERY one killed juhonii.
