Kreia Says that you are the last knowen Jedi alive, that is why the sith hunt you down correct? BUT, Bastilla is alive in KotOR 2, and she was pretty much where all the sith were, at Korriban. And if im not mistaked, She still is a jedi... I can be backed up by that sith holocron thats behind the door that requires the thorium charges to blow it up.... Dont know if anyone thought of this, but i thought i should just bring it up.

Notice the use of the phrase "last known Jedi". That doesn't mean there weren't more, it simply meant you were the last they could actually find. The others were hiding, remember?

I believe the analogy is is that the Jedi Exile is the only Jedi not in hiding and is the one to rebuild the Order. The other Jedi are technically powerless as they do not want to reveal themselves. If the Exile is lost, the Jedi Order cannot be reconstructed.

*Warning: A good amount of my post is intermingled with spoilers*

Notice, Bastila was with Carth when you saw her(If you played LS). I'm sure Carth was doing all he could to prevent it from being discovered that such a powerful Jedi was still alive.

Technically your character, while being a Jedi Exile, was the last of the Jedi. Whether she wanted to be or not(Yes, the canon Exile is LS Female, if you were wondering). The Sith believed her to be such because of her incredible power.

She was, in essence, the death of the force. She was literally a black hole. She formed bonds easily, and through these bonds she drained their will and their force power to become stronger, if unconsciously. With this ability, she was a walking disturbance in the force. Sith and Jedi alike would sense her arrival upon her exiting hyperspace above their planet.

That's why she was sought after; because not only was she the last Jedi to openly walk about, she really couldn't hide due to her abilities.

EDIT: And if the Exile is lost, then Revan would probably rebuild the order, because the canon Revan is LS Male.

I don't agree that the canon Jedi in TSL is supposed to be female. However that is my opinion and everybody's got one. Atris sent the Sith to hunt the Exile and Kreia was looking, too. So when the Exile could say that the Force brought him/her {to Telos's Polar region}, it was all connected. It was a plan that Atris wanted. By the way, Kreia makes a cameo in Knights of the Old Republic comic series from Dark Horse Comics. She is coming out of the Council chamber after answering about Revan. It is not fully disclosed, but there's almost no mistaking that it's Kreia. Atris is even in the book. Check it out.
