For me he's the hardest enemy in the game. I miss almost every single attack I throw at him. I only managed to beat him by having Mandalore spam medpacs on the other two while wearing him down... very, very slowly. I just suck at this game, don't I?

Yup. :p

Really, though, every enemy by then should be ridiculously easy. You're not auto-leveling up, are you?

Bear in mind he/she may be playing in Hard difficulty or using a mod that alters the difficulty. Other than that, the only possible explanation is he/she is not used to playing real-time, d&d-rules based RPGs.

Even on Hard difficulty and with USM (what gives him a saber what has 4-40 damage) I think he is "weak".

While I love the look of Nihilus and can totally see him giving the Jedi a good whoopin', he was just too easy to defeat. They should have made him a shitload harder to kill. They should have expanded his character a bit like Calo Nord, you know, hunting you down in K1. That's all.

I kinda wanted to see more of him in the game he really only shows up twice, but getting back on topic yes i do think he is "easy" to beat but it really depends on your force powers if you are DS it might be harder because all sith lords are pretty force "defensive" meaning force effects them but does a lot less damage. On the other hand if you are LS it is still slightly hard but a lot less than DS because you would have master heal by that time so yes he is a challenge but he is the easiest sith lord to kill. :saber:

Indeed. One would think it is due to the reknowned, shortened, timeframe Obsidian had to work on TSL, perhaps a better balance was in order. On the other hand, Major Legolas, he was intended to be the driving villain of the game, but the idea was ultimately ditched because the storyline was already too complex and long for a regular Star Wars game. All reference to his origins and nature was cut/ignored so as to center in Kreia's manipulations and her objective of "killing" the Force. By mere logic, Nihilus would have been the final boss if his character and background had been completely developed.

Yes jax, but i was trying to make a point that in the history of Star Wars he was in the top five greatest sith lord according to the Jedi Legacy comics... Traya was not even close so i think he really deserves more gametime...

Traya isn't even if close because she's kinda un-sithy. And there is cut content for him that TSLRP is restoring for him.

IIRC, he only has a quick sucky-suck of your life in mid-fight cutscenes.

During the fight however, there's always the greates defensive power in the game.... Force Immunity! It will absorb all incoming Force Powers, until the timer on it runs out or is removed with something like Force Breach.

DRUGS! Yes, you heard me, use stimulants! The best of whatever you've got, and don't forget medkits (preferably Life-Support kits).

Have your party set up so that at least Visas is being more of a support role during combat, and make sure Mandalore is packing some really damaging weapon mods, and is firing flat out for as often as can be.

Don't forget to use Visas..... during cutscenes inbetween bouts.
