For example, I installed the Corruscant Mod and the M4-78 mod as well but installing the second one got me a warning concerning the Galactic map file, as well as T3-M4's dialogue file. And before that when installing Corruscant I got a warning regrading an items file because I'd installed the ultimate sabers mod before that. Is there anyway I can enjoy all of these nice mods and maximize my TSL experience??

lol no. If you rename the files the mod simply won't work.

Some mods are just not compatible. If you're a decent modder you might be able to manually edit the files to combine them, but otherwise just pick between the two.

TSLPatcher can solve many problems concerning such matters... you can "merge" dialog files for example, so mods using for example the dialog of bao-dur can "coincide"... that's not valid for pictures of course

There is a patch to make the M4 and Corucant mods compatable. I forget which one included it though.
