Republic commando left an open end for a second game, so It would be nice to have a follow up to a great, overlooked game

Sure, I'd like Republic Commando 2 (but then with more planets to fight on...). Empire at war and Battlefront isn't exactly something I'd need... The big "but": After all that has happened, I still want KotOR 3 most of 'em all.

Republic Commando 2 and Jedi Knight 4.

Republic Commando 2 for the same reason faroukh said. I want to know what happened next! And no, I don't care about RC books. Reading and playing are two different things. Plus, who says the sequal must be based on the story from the books?

Jedi Knight 4 could pick up where Jedi Academy left off when you choose the Dark Side. As we know, Jaden killed Tavion, tried to kill Kyle and escaped with the Scepter of Ragnos. Kyle said to Luke that he wants to take a leave of absence from the Academy and go look for Jaden. So, why not making a sequal from that? Kyle could work with Jan again; raid Remnant bases and outposts in an attempt to find some informations on Jaden's whereabouts. =p

The Crusader

I think I'm adorable.

Because then the game would be entirely false. The cannon ending for Jedi Academy was light side.

So? Why sticking to cannon? And just what exactly makes the Light Side ending cannon? What's wrong with the Dark Side ending? For all we know, maybe some people actually like that ending better than the Light Side version.

Altough the sequal could pick up where the Light Side ending left off, Dark Side version just left it more opened for a possible sequal. I think it would be great to play as Kyle again and go after Jaden. Basically, the sequal should be more like the Jedi Outcast was. Jaden could even have an Apprentice you would need to fight at some point during the game. There are lot of possibilities.

If there's a SW game that has a LS/DS ending choice, the canon outcome is always going to be LS. It's Lucas Arts policy.

The first option in the poll is pretty much redundant. There will not be a singleplayer KoTORIII. Given how much it's wanted by KoTOR fans, it would be an unbelieveably stupid mistake to make it, and detract potential income from TOR. It ain't happening people.

Republic Commando 2, needs to be made. The more SW games that are less Jedi focussed the better imo.

Another X-Wing series game, preferrably a sequel to TIE-Fighter itself.

If there was to be an EaW2, I'd seriously recommend they look at the previous SW RTS game, and the likes of DoW2. One other game they should look at, is Star Wars: Supremacy (AKA Rebellion) from the mid '90s. The level of strategic management in that game was phenomenal. The only thing that game was lacking, was RTS land battles! It was almost totally sandbox in nature, and completely seperated from canon.

Aside from continuing/reviving certain game franchises, they really need to do more games where they exist outside of canon. Yes tell a good story, but for the love of all holy and otherwise, don't make it part of canon!

meh, i was never really a big fan of rebellion. sure it was incredible, but i felt that the actual fleet combat was more of a spam fest than say, homeworld 1 or 2s space simulation.

i absolutley loved tie fighter. it was simply brilliant, and had some of the best voice acting for its time, specifically for your squadron wingmen. even if they just remade the campaign with modern graphics, i would buy it, because it has withstood the test of time for so long.

too bad lucasarts never really seems to want to follow anything up. RC 2 would be great, and i was really hoping to see it at E3 this year, to tie up some loose ends from the books(wishful thinking), but alas, we get one good star wars game, monkey island and a load of damn clone wars games.

seriously lucas, enough with the clone wars. it was supposed to be serious, but your child syndrome has infected it as well.

Do I have to be the one obsessed with semantics enough to point out that Republic Commando quite clearly took place during the Clone Wars? Although, RC2 is what I'd be most interested in, they could follow up immediately after the ending of the first one and perhaps work the campaign all the way to Order 66, perhaps sending Delta Squad to eliminate especially pesky Jedi. (It's entirely possible, remember that the first RC took place during the first two of the three years between AOTC and ROTS.) KotOR 3? Not a snowball's chance in hell. Although, I'd love to see a follow-up to the much overlooked Galactic Battlegrounds. Sure it was just an Age of Empires 2 reskin, but I thoroughly enjoyed the campaigns. If somebody at least remade it, I'm sure they'd make quite a bit of money off it. (Empire at War dissapointed me, and I've not played Rebellion.)
