Darth Bane would win i think. It would be close though. Because Bane learned alot from Revan from the Holocron. And Revan most likely had other powers he didnt reveal. But Bane is the Sith'ari he was the perfect Sith.

An inefable question, I think, as neither's power has been fully explored yet... Bane has been fleshed out in the novels, and The Revanchist was supposed to be one of the most powerful Force-users of his time. Both are hinted at being martial and cunning, but both are also more the work of myths than actual analysis, since not much is known about their real prowess. I would root for Revan on this one... shocking, huh?

yes but Revan is dangerously overated...mainly because he is a game character and most of his abilities were barely cannon and most of them were un recorded...same as bane But from what we DO know I would go with Bane

I say Bane because Bane is just a force wrecking ball.Bane took down the whole Dark Brotherhood(I think thats what there called)single handedly by planting seeds of doubt and control into the leaders minds, then when they went to their suicide,he stayed out and survived, becoming the Dark Lord of the Sith.

Bane also took on 4 jedi at once with his apprentice, all the were masters in the council and he killed 3,his apprentice killing 1.

I think Revan is way over-rated because of games.Bane is portrayed in the Darth Bane novels and novels are ok,but games tend to over-power characters which is what happedned to Revan in my opinion.

Darth Bane would make bits of Revan in my opinion.

too true Bane single handedly manipulated everyone in the brotherhood to take power. Then ultimately finished both the Sith and Jedi by planting the thought bomb with that other dude...damn can't remember his name.

Granyaski;4736576yes but Revan is dangerously overated...mainly because he is a game character and most of his abilities were barely cannon and most of them were un recorded...same as bane But from what we DO know I would go with Bane

What does being dangerously overrated have to do with the ability to win a War? Nothing. So we need to base the argument on Power, Knowledge, or Achievement alone. The Power of each Dark Lord is still relatively unknown so we can't use that to any great extent. The Knowledge of each is something that we could use. Revan wins here simply because of his Sith Holocron. It contained the only existing record of how to create a Thought Bomb, the most important factor in Bane's Rise to Power. For achievement Bane wins easily. He destroyed Kaan's pathetic Brotherhood Of Darkness and then wore the Sith like a glove.

So all of this begs many questions... At which point in time did this whole thing take place? Was it Bane that went back in time or was it Revan who went forward? Because if Revan went forward then Bane would have never found the Holocron and his achievement would be possibly non-existent unless he found some other way to destroy the Sith Lords which I doubt. Unfortunately it's too late to answer them all now as that would set up one of the two Characters for an instant defeat.

Anyway, for the lack of information that we currently have about the Characters and the Thread itself, I'd call the Battle of Revan and Bane a dead stalemate for now.

You are SPAM? YOU BASTARD! But yeah, I would say Bane, because Revan is just another playable character in a Star Wars game.
