As long as they don't conflict, of course. Sometimes, different mods use the same name for a textures or add other files that have equal names, so one mods overwrites files of the mods you installed before. In that case, the "older" mod won't work correctly.

100% of the time a mod has a conflict is the 2da.file or something like that, it's make use of heads & skins when you try to use two mods that both have 2da.files it will ask if you want to override it. this will null out the other mod, but there is a trick to using to (2) 2da.files at the same time I'm not sure how but it exist's if you ask around for it.

Yeah, using TSLPatcher when including 2da-files in mods would make it a lot easier for most users...
