hey there i recently installed some cool mods for TSL, namely Jedi Temple, M478, male hoods and revan items and darth dementous. after i progressed the story further when i went on to freedon nadds temple i witnessed the appearing sith jedis to do always force jumps or normal attacks that finish any character in one hit. i could get around that problem with force push and stunning those dudes, but in the center of the tomb where u have to fight those 3 sith lords and u cant run away i had to cheat to invul to have any chance. i even cheated my HP to 1600 and i still got OHK. any ideas whats causing this? seems to be a prob with enemy lightsabers.

There might be a problem with your settings...what level are you?Sometimes when you cheat your level toooo high your enemies become more powerful.Like me on Peragus.I made myself 500 level and T3 got killed by one shot from a DROID.So watch your level and the number of mods you use!

Doesn't matter. In the game the absolute maximum you can get is level 28.Try with a lower level and the effect will go away.

Actually I had that problem before aswell, whilst I leveled myself to 50. However, it didn't happen after I de-installed certain mods like "assassins with lightsabers". I'm not saying it's *because* of that mod, but I do think that was *my* problem. If it's not because any mods, like mods that enhance the strength of certain enemies, then indeed, try changing your level.

but i didnt cheat my lvl but lvled my chars regularly... i used the exploit in the sith cave on korriban where u can click the corpse of the dead jedi and each time a hssiss spawns in the room, and as im dark side i always force stormed them quickly...to lvl25. since then i reached lvl32 through normal exp of the story, as korriban wasnt my last planet to go... so u say, if i downgrade my lvl to below 30, it should be good? can i change the lvl without my current stats being hurt? and what about my allies, some are lvl 30 already, do i have to change their lvls too?

Well, you can always do ~set X, after you dropped your level - although this is cheating;) As for your allies, if you change your level, your allies won't drop their level, so if you have to, or want to, you can drop theirs aswell, either ingame or using KSE.

Sorry, but the max level that you stop getting XP after is Lvl50. Higher character levels don't mean anything with the kind of damage dealing that preddy's reporting.

Enemies can't one-hit kill in the vanilla version of the game - no mods of any sort, no matter your level of XP.

It sounds like one of two things. 1) A problem between the mods that's resulting in one-hit kills. 2) You've forgotten about another mod that you downloaded at some point, which is interfering with both the game itself and the mods listed.

The best way to find the problem is to do a completely fresh install of the game. Uninstall the game entirely, delete any files left inside of, and the game's own folder itself.

Install the game again, then use one mod at a time until you're sure of either which mod is causing the problem, or if there's a mod you've forgotten about.

As much of a pain as it is, completely fresh installs are the best way to troubleshoot this kind of issue.

One last thing, do the mod-makers a favour and send them your findings if it is a problem between the mods. That way they can update them or add a note to the mods that warns of potential problems.

Do you still have that "Revan's Items" mod installed? It seems that the lightsaber you get from it(Which has a "On Hit: Death" ability), is applied to the "Dark Jedi Lightsaber" that they use. I used that mod too, untill i had to deal with Sion holding that saber.
