Guys did you hear about the new units, for space Marines and Tau Space marines are getting a special scout squad coming that has 1 rocket launcher and 4 snipers, kinda cool, the the assault chaplin and the venurable dreadnought. Cool, but how do you know the rules for the venerable dreadnought how does that work is it just the same as any regular dreadnought turned venerable? Anyways i hope they come out with mmmm a new vehicle for space marines i was thinking a troop choice vehicle like a A WARTHOG type thing from halo with scouts driving it, AWSOME that would be cool as hell. For imperial guard i was hoping for something like the SALAMANDER scout vehicle, that would be neat or the Vanquisher leman russ! Awsome. So what you guys think?

All sounds good, it's for the Medusa V campaign? I think venerable dreadnoughts are harder to kill, I don't have my copy of the codex on me so i'm not too sure, and the scout squad are heavy weapons troopers, instead of buying them in blister packs, they've put them in their own box set. If i had the money, I'd get the new scout box set. They look fantastic!

Yep. Along with new Eldar rangers/pathfinders/boyscouts/treehuggers/whatever and some snazzy-looking Ork kommandos.

It would be wonderfull if the new Eldar rangers were plastic, but they probably are not. Otherwise im getting the Lucious the Eternal model it looks so damn cool.

TO Omen: SM venerable dreadnought - rules are the same as normal dread nought however you can re roll penetrating and glancing hits (you MUST accept the second role) it is optional to reroll. they cost 20 more points and may only have an assault cannon and power claw thing :)

that new eldar weapon platform is the first model release using GW new 3d laser imaging tech, thay can now scan models into a comp or make them on the comp and then produce a laser guided mould for the new model, Sweet hay.

actually it dosent say that a venerable dreadnought must have a power fist and assault cannon anywhere in codex Space Marines. Shure new rangers are cool. Ork comandos so-so. and Luscius madness, but i hate the new SM stuff The Chaplain with a jetpack? *yawn* boring! Try a little thing called converting. You can make one that looks hell mader simply by using a normal Assault Marine body. Trust me. I did it :) And the Dread? *phah* same again i thinks. Its just like those 'tyranic war veterans' they released (i think) last year. They sucked too. Nothing to what i think they should be like. Sorry but i uess im too much of a 'die-hardist.' If you cant convert it. Dont use it!
