Wraithguard in eldar armies are a brilliant unit, i just found out if you have a 10 man unit led by a spiritseer you can have them as troops.
I'm tempted now to Iyanden Ghost walkers army, 20 wraithguard and 3 wraithlords walking towards you must be pretty scary, and seeing as it's Iyanden might as well throw Prince Yriel in too.
it sure is sick, but imagine a deamonhunter or witchhunter army have a vindicare assassin kills your spirit seer one by one... then the wraith sight will render them useless
Yeah but just get a Wave Serpent or two so they can't hit the Warithguard, or Seers, plus Wave Serpents are rather strong tanks for a transport, especially with twin-linked rocket launchers or brightlances. ;)
Whats cheesy here?

10 man units can't go in wave serpent, only 5 man with 2 attached characters.
Pink Unicorns...think about it

3 Fire Prisms with Vectored Engines, Holo-Fields, and Spirit Stones in 1000+ points.
1. You need boxcars (12 on two dice) to take 'em down. (Or 1 in 32 to take out ONE!) I can't stress this enough how IMPOSSIBLE this is. I rolled and play tested this and it took me 8 turns worth of my standard Marine list shooting to take out ONE!
2. Two powering one up = a Strength 7 AP 2 Large Blast which kisses any squad's arse's pretty much goodbye. If not, three separate small blasts at Strength 9 AP 2 are just as good.
3. 3 Strength 5 AP 4 Blasts a turn possible, that's a lot of trouble for any army outside Marines and Necrons.
