I tested this with my friend as he has both the vindicare and Eversor models, we built a city mpa and set them up in several different scenarios. the Eversor slaughtered the vindicare the majority of the rounds we played, there was too much cover for the Eversor to hide behind except for the main streets, which we made 8" wide, when i had to cross these were the only times the vindicare had a open shot, and one lucky shot were he shot thru a window. all the assasins are made for different scenarios, the vindicare is best were he can snipe freely at targets, while the Eversor is best at close up places such as cities.
KhornateKyle;4612632she can only Deepstrike because its to represent popping up out of a crowd or enemy squad, having Polymorphed into them, and in a city with just the assassins, then she wouldnt be able to do tha.
In FLUFF terms yes. But using that standard, a space marine can kill ten hundred thousand million orks with nothing but an empty revolver and a spork. I thought we were talking about game terms...
Well we can't be talking game terms because 3/4 of the options on the poll aren't in the game.
This is table top... not dawn of war...
Like Chaoslord said... TABLETOP game terms. ;)
Fluffwise, you have 3 options Vindicare Callidus Venumum or whatever it's called.
The first, trough the fact that he's virtually impossible to find when hidden. The other two, thanks to polymorphine.
The Culexus is too specialised, and the Eversor is not so much an assassin as a morale destruction machine. Get in, strike fear, get out.
