pheonix lords are fast, tough and generally kick ass, the way to beat them is quantity over quality, flood em with warriors. if you really want to beat eldar (me being an eldar player) you will notice eldar are short renged for shooting as a rule, just stand strong and fire, and if you have and close combat units counter attack them when they arent far away
NecroManiac;3409532Never USE PARIAH or C'TAN, pariah is too slow, C'tan take out too much point. A C'tan is 200pt(somthing like that), with that kind of point, you get 10 warrior, meaning 10 more 24 inch gauss shot, 20 more rapid shot, 10 more count for the phase out. My idea is to take 9 Immortal with a Lord with SoL, Orb of Res, and Veil. the Immortals move with the Lord. Take 1 Monolith for the reroll WBB with 1 or 2 Heavy Destroyer for low AP shot. 10 Scarab swarm bases(really useful, get them into combat with Dark Reapers, or other shooty unit), the rest just put in warriors.
pariah are slow but the night bringer can kick ass and is well worth the points in like 3000 pt game.
the deceiver is a lot better for its points than the nightbringer. also, necrons generally pwn eldar. the only way i ever actually beat the crons is by massively overusing my farseers to enhance my other squads. stop the eldar player doing this and kill the phoenix lord early one and you should be fine
the only cc unit to fear is howling banshees, which will make mincemeat of your units, counter them with swarms or lords. and at range, fear the reapers and the d-cannons. you can outrange the cannons, and i would recommend teleporting to remove reapers (or war walkers) early on
take it from a veteran eldar player. eldar lose in wars of attrition,w hich necrons excel at, remove the hard hitters abd you will have won
