Ok so i was thinking that not every marine during the horus heresy was loyal to his primarch (ex. Dark Angels with the Fallen). So wut happened to the people of the traitor legions that didnt side with their primarchs? They were labeled traitor because of wut their primarch decided to do and labeled loyalist by chaos because of their own personal decission. So my question is wut happened to them?

I think you'll get the answer in the next "Horus Rising" books. So far i've heard that a handfull of dissidents from the traitor legions joined the loyalist forces and were kept aside by order of the Emperor for a very specific project since they already proved their strength of will against Chaos. Guess what chapter was created using them, specialised in a single task: fighting Chaos everywhere.

That's what i heard a couple of months ago and what lead me to collect 'em... Hope it'll be confirmed soon.

really the rengade rengades are the Grey Knights. That solves the riddle of how the Grey Knight were founded.

some chapters allowed troops who stayed loyal to the emperor to return to his legions but most were killed by the traitors themselves. the death guard killed thousands of navigators and pilots so were almost grounded at some stage in the hersey

Well, the Grey Knights absorbed a lot of loyalist World Eaters, Emperor Children and the like, but they also got a lot of Legio Custodes.
