As you probably know from previous threads,I am getting two new lcd's to replace my old and worn out crt's. For the $70 difference between a 19inch and a 20 or 20.1inch(all widescreen by the way) is it worth it for the extra space? I am getting two of these remember.

70$ you got it. that small size since i cant see the specs ont he oens u want but most LCD wide screens 20.1 and under all max out at 1440x900 (any higher going to cost 1000+ for that size monator)

so in the end i can only guess it is who made the monator is whats going to cost you. a no name cheep or a brandname $$$

with the 20.1, make sure your graphics card can handle the native resolution. Usually its like 1680 `1060. Otherwise go for the 19.

What are you on about? Max resolution on a 20.1 widescreen panel is 1680x1050.

Yah... 99% sure the x800p can handle dual-widescreen. I don't know the recommended resolutions on the monitors you'll be getting, but you'll need to get something equal or under to 2048x1536@85Hz.

Probably, but for gaming, you might need to turn some of the effects off. Don't worry about AA, at that resolution, it won't be too noticable.
