The first one might sounds stupid but here ya go, An Asus P5K-E motherboard does that have inbuilt sound?

And im setting up a new comp and hopeing to run Q6600 and a 8800gts 640mb wonder will i need more then a 500w power supply?

Yes, i believe most (if not all) of the P5K boards do, and according to Newegg the P5K-E has a ADI 8 channel chipset onboard.

And im setting up a new comp and hopeing to run Q6600 and a 8800gts 640mb wonder will i need more then a 500w power supply?

If its a good quality 500W (good ratings on the +12V rails), it should be fine.

Heck yeah, it's hard to find a modern MB that doesn't have onborad sound P5 or not.

I have a X2 6400+, 7900gtx OC'd 4gb RAM and 750 gb HDD with a 500w and it runs great so i think you'll be alright. but if you plan to Add another HDD and or 8800gts then go for a 700-750w PSU.

You might want to wait a few days and consider the 8800GT. It looks like they're going to be between the GTS's and GTX's performance-wise.
