There are plenty of sweet new releases on the horizon. 600GB 10.000 RPM harddrives, S-ATAII, cheaper LCDs, dualcoreCPUs, PCIe on AMD motherboards, mp3/multimedia players, ADSL2+, lithium-polymer batteries etc, etc, etc.

What new goodies are you itching to get your hands on in 2005?

Post specs and a small pic of whatever it is! :deal:

Looking good...

I am looking forward to the price drops in the X800 as the next gen G/fix cards come out. /me wants too!

I am also looking forward to DDR3 RAM, the Intel 64-bit range (i don't want one, just interesting in how good they are) and PCIe on AMD mobos.

600GB hard drives??

I don't know if I'll be upgrading anything this year, maybe another stick of RAM or something. Though a good quality cheap LCD sounds nice :nodding:

600GB hard drives??

I've got just over half that amount spread over two disks, and I haven't even used a quarter of it :uhm: ...

I'm interested in dual-cores. Might be one of the last significant steps forward for current microprocessor technology. They can't keep making those transistors smaller forever; eventually we'll need the coolant systems from nuclear reactors to keep them from exploding...

Ontop of that, a price drop in X800's as I want one...bad!

I already have a 800XT Vivo Platinum.

I want a new PSU and some more RAM, maybe a new CPU later on...

600GB hard drives sound a lot more attractive compared to my 160GB. There must be some huge games coming out soon...
