Hi, i am hoping to make some cash and buy me a new processor and soem ram. I am putting it in my existing system and hoping it will work. I just need to know before the 27th of sept. which system will be faster. Getting this http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=15606&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1061 a 2600+ sempron with only 128 kb cache or this http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=13371&promoid=1061 with this http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=15659&vpn=SDA2500BXBOX&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1061 2500+ with 256 k cache. I dont really understand the cache thing and all that. But i jsut wannt know which is better deal buy the bundle with the fan +heatsink which i dont really care about if i save money or get them seperate. I am goinna be matching this up with a 512 ram stick,40 gig hard drive , and a 128 mb ati9200 pci vid card...this hoping my lil 200 watt power supply can handle.

The 2500+ would be better because theres no real difference between the 2600+ and 2500+ in speed and the 256KB cache would help a lot.

Meh if the calculator said 204 and you have 200 it should run fine but if you want to be safe then meh find a cheap 300watt for like $40.

Basically Cache is Ram for your processor i would say get the 2600+ as it is a better model with a better core & has more Cache which will improve performance
