ATI - All In Wonder - late 90s, the first version, I think

GeForce 2 32mb - great card, it managed to run BF1942, barely.

GeForce mx440 64mb - not so great

Radeon 9200 128mb - had some issues with certain games

Radeon 9550 256mb - decent card

GeForce 6600gt 128mb - great card, still running in my daughter's pc

Geforce 7900gt CO 256mb - can't complain ;)

Geforce 2 32 MB - Came with my first PC.

Geforce 4 MX 420 64MB - Wanted to play Delta Force a bit better.

Geforce 4 MX 460 128MB - Thought double the RAM would help but sadly mistaken.

Geforce FX 5200 Ultra 128MB - Superb card ran everything great.

Radeon 9550 256MB - Got it to play Far Cry on and it was great.

Geforce 5900 XT 128MB - Got it for BF2 now my kids use it.

Geforce 6600GT 128MB - Excellent card never had a problem.

2 X 6600GT 128MB SLI - Believe the hype, SLI does work well i dont care what any reviews say, these performed better than the single card i have fitted.

7800GT 256MB - Bitter dissapointment, very good but not what i expected, hopefully when i stick another one in, it will redeem itself.

Geforce 4 MX 420 64MB - Came with first proper PC - 2001 ish to 2004 - seemed to run all my games nicely back then with no problems Geforce FX5200 - Came with 2nd PC - 2004 to present - this card sucks really bad X800XL - Built with my PC March 2005 - April 2006 - first decent card I had which ran all my games maxed until the very end X1900XT - Built with my PC April 2006 to April 2007 - Not really pushed it yet as I only really play BF1942 but it seems very fast. ATI DX10 High End Card - April 2007 to April 2008 - This will be my first Vista card, hopefully by this time the major bugs in Vista will be gone and it will be a good platform to move too.

Not that I've really "bought" any as such (hand-me-downs).

Current: GeForce 4 MMX 440 - 64 MB Sucks how nVidia didn't include pixel shading in this. I plan on getting FX5200 or better if I get an AMD Athlon 64 depending on the motherboard and cash.

Old: GeForce 1 Not sure specific specs but... Yeah. Pretty crud. :p

ATI Rage 128Pro 16MB - used, 2002? This ran BF1942 suprisingly well with Win98, but got terrible graphics bugs with Win2000, better than the ATI Rage IIC 8MB (didn't buy that one myself, but it didn't even run BF...) it replaced anyway. Was a real pain to play Forgotten Hope with (5-10FPS on lowest possible settings...).

Hercules 3D Prophet 7500LE DDR 64MB - 2002? To our other computer. Very powerful compared to the one above, run BF1942 fine but a bit bottlenecked by other components. Struggled a bit with FH.

Asus Radeon 9550SE 128MB - 2004. Great card but shouldn't have let my brother order it, what we wanted was the normal 9550 that was only 10€ more... Still runs in his computer. Plays FH and BF2 just fine now (it has a decent CPU and 1GB memory as company).

Sapphire Radeon X700Pro 256MB - 2005. Very nice, runs FH and BF2 on high settings. No need for an upgrade yet, but a X1900XT would be kewl...
