I take what n0e says way too seriously

I downloaded 3dMark06 from GameSpot last night, and installed it today. None of the options or anything can be changed and it tells me that those features are only available in the "advanced or professional" versions.
Then, I click on Run Tests (thinking that there must be some default test or something) and it tells me that I haven't selected any tests. But I can't select tests because I don't have the advanced or pro version. The only thing it's giving me right now is a read out of my system specs.
Is there even a point to having the basic version (other than giving your system specs), or am I doing something wrong?

Either you messed with SOMETHING, or it didn't do a proper system scan. Because it should have the tests your computer is capable of taking, CPU test etc. already checked. Look under the TEST section and see whats checked. IT also says that your stuff has to be set to some "benchmark run" setting or something.

I believe you just click on the "Run 3DMark" button on the bottom left of the main screen, and it will start running the tests, which take ~10 min to run through. Basic version will give a score at the end, just no comprehensive testing.
