The DX 10 Nvidia middle range cards are now out. Here are some reviews:

Its good that we got a DX10 card wount ruin your echonomy but I think I will wait until vista gets a service pack and then buy a copy of vista and a DX10 card....

I think the GT is around the same price as a X1950Pro and the GTS is around the same price as a 1950XT....

I was just going to buy a XFX PVT71JYHE9 GeForce 7950GT 512MB, at $260. Would a GT or GTS be a lot better for the same amount of money?

I whouldent be as fast as a 7950GT, but you whould get the DX10 and sm 4 support so I whould for for a 8600...

Not buy alot mabey 7-15 FPS at the most but the 8600 has only 256 mb of memory and the 7950 has 512. But then again the 8600 has DX 10 support and the 7950 dosen't so take you're pic.

It depends on if you ever plan on upgrading to Vista. If your not going too, then DX10 is not going to do you any good anyways.
