1) I am getting a new video card the 7950 GT and I'm not sure if my power supply is enough for these cards I have a ATX 12V 465 Watts PSU w/ 6 pin PCI express cabel witch I don't use can someone explain where it gose? I'm prettys ure it's for giving more power to the GPU RIGHT? 2) My yonger brother has got a Dell E521 and he wants my 7600 so I'll give it to him I'm just not sure how we gona open the side door up any ideas, anyone know that did upgrade a dell? 3) Would upgrading from a P4 3,0 GHz to a 3.6 P4 remove bottlenecks and give me a good boost in proformace? I cannot go dual core becuase I obly got a 915GAV that dosent support dual core. I don't want to get a mobo upgrade ethire.

The 6-pin molex connector goes in this black connector.

If it was the old case design, I could help you. Try looking for some screws along the right edge while looking at the back panel and/or a handle on the right side of the case.

Depends on the RAM as well, how much do you have?

Thanks for the Imformation , Well I have 1 GB 2 sticks 512's in dual channel I'm pretty sure. Is my PSU good enough for teh 7950 I want to get?
Yeah, you should be fine on the PSU, gamespot recommends a 450w for the 7950 GX2's. The RAM is fine for now. I'd suggest upgrading that in the future if you're just going to upgrade your pc, rather than just buy a new one later on down the road.
The potential processor upgrade that you're looking at probably isnt worth the money. It would only be a 600mhz upgrade, so start saving up for a new computer.
Yeah, I wouldn't bother with the processor upgrade either. It's a lot of money for 600MHz.
Aright well would I see an improvement in games I play (F.E.A.R, Far cry, Epsiode 1, NFS Most wanted) over my 7600 when I go for the 7950 GT with my current spec witch are: Intel P4 3 GHz HT 1 GB RAM
Yes but you'll eventually want/need 2gb of RAM.
Yeah most liklely but I anit into BF 2. Well If I have enough chistmas money left over I'll buy a anthor 512 mb stick.
BF2 has nothing to do with it mate. Yeah, it was one of the first games that wants 2gb RAM to run well, but that was 18 months ago.
