I've made up some sketches and want to get them into my computer. I'm not looking for some top-notch product, just something simple.

Should I look for anything special, or lower quality for what I need?

I was looking at this one.

Thanks.

A multifunction printer would be a good idea. Print/Copy/Scan for around $100.

Just about anything should be able to do what you want.

I beg to differ.

My HP Officejet 6110 scans at a plenty high DPI, can photocopy up to one hundered pages at a time, prints fast B&W/high quality color, and can send color faxes.

Yeah, I've got a Lexmark X1150, and it does wonders. This is a ticket and guitar pick I scanned from a concert I went to, not resized, only cropped.

The resolution is amazing (for my needs). The printer part is broken, because it's 3 years old, but how long do you expect a $100 color printer/scanner/copier/fax to last?
