Yea if you have the money, anything could be sweet
mmm nice alright.
really nice... i want it....
it certainly is nice, i dont see the point of gaming laptops really, all laptops overheat fullstop, desktop pcs are much more affordable.
"Gaming" and "laptop" are--in my book--virtually always mutually exclusive.

No not really. The whole gaming laptop thing got old a long time ago.

Heavy enough that you'll want to leave it on your desk most of the time, and the underside cooling solution makes actual laptop operation difficult.
See that? ^^^
The whole purpose of a laptop is to be as easy-to-use-when-on-the-go as possible. This is the primary reason for buying a laptop. Alienware managed to make their laptop less desirable than others, despite the superior performance. Combined with the price, I see no reason to get this over a more powerful desktop.
Depends. If you go to a lot of LAN parties and such, a gaming laptop is a hell of a lot easier to deal with than lugging your desktop system around. Even if you have an external keyboard and mouse. They make a product for a quite viable market... the market just isn't you.

I have been to LAN parties, and I wouldn't take a laptop if my scores depended on it.
