Here are some things that are happening with my comp that i can explain Tried to downloard bfv video and got van helsing trailer open a page and get another page opened that says"www.(somecsite) cannot be found my scroller jumps when scrooling cannot e-mail to my isp for tech support if i am infected can you show me hoe to get rid of it?

This could very well be spyware. The other problems your mentioning I suspect are user related.. :)

Anyways, Ad-aware is a good program for removal. Boot your computer in safe mode, by pressing F8 when you boot, and run a full system scan with Ad-Aware. Make sure you update your refrence file in ad-aware before you scan.

Uhh, isn't there a free version? That's what I have. It doesn't have all of the features, but it does the job.

Ad-aware is freeware. If you want the extra "Ad-Watch" which works as a blocker you need to pay extra.

now i have figued out that i cant play my c&c generals online now:confused: and it was after i got the adware removal program. i may have to uninstall generals and reinstall it.:mad: i got a new internet borwser called mozilla now my comp alets me to every cookie and popup:D

i may go out and spend my money and get a good spyware removal program all of thse downloaded removers are messing up my games maybe i can sue the companys for the dammage to my computer's files?;)
