Recently my laptop won't open any programs. Skype, Itunes, Steam, they just won't open. Firefox / Internet Explorer are the only ones that work but they can't play flash files without crashing. When I right click steam in add / remove programs and click repair it tells me the file is "on a network resource that is unavailable" or something. Could this have something to do with recently Defragging? I have Windows 7, nothing like this has ever happened before. I can't access my music or any of my games :( Please help if you can! MANY thanks coming your way if you can help!

It sounds like some stuff was installed to a location that either doesn't exist anymore or has been moved. Perhaps you installed some of these programs to an external hard drive, USB stick, or a network drive?

Check to see if the folders have been labeled incorrectly.
