hey all, my mom is having this problem, it started 3 hours ago. wenere she does "send recieve" it gives us "error 623" it says "Cannot load dialog. Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connections." We have dsl and its office 2003 pro (outlook omes with office) ANy help would be great.
