While someones talking on TS, their voice skips horribly. It's wierd, though, because they have no problem hearing me. But, when they talk their little green light left of their name flickers and their voice cuts of and goes back and forth and it's impossible to understand what their saying. At first I thought it was just one person mic, but now everyone I talk too has this annoying problem with me. It's really strange. I wonder if I switched something on accident. Any help would be great, thanks!

Yeah, it does happen with everyone, although some are fine. And I know that it's not lag, I'm positive that my sound settings are screwed up...

adjust the codec your using. set it to the one being used on the server.

Go to Settings>Options, then set the slider to "Lower Latency" instead of "Better Quality".
If it is already there, or doesn't have an effect, then adjust the download bandwidth you receive. Go to Settings>Options>Bandwidth and choose a higher download speed. If you are not using it for online gaming, set it to unlimited.

There are 2 basic ways to tamper with microphone related stuff. 1) The regular "Sounds & Audio Devices" located in the control panel. 2) The software installed to make your specific sound device (sound card) function properly. For me its "SoundMan" software, different cards will have different software.
Taemspeak also has its own configurations that might help.
Having the latest updates of your sound drivers can eliminate any known bugs.
