Does anyone know of a batch file download manager I could get for free? Something that would let me enter a URl and would download all the files of a specified extension from that site?

I think you wuld have more luck looking for a proper .exe file or a Python script. These have better Internet controls and are more suited to what you want to acheive. You could try writing a script but you would have to have FTP access to the site.
