I seem to be having trouble with my desktop computer. As the title suggests, it's stuck in a continual boot up loop, doesn't even reach the starting up Windows screen. Instead, it goes back to where I can enter the BIOS.

This all started after I installed all the software I needed to after replacing most of the Hardware on my PC (new motherboard, new CPU, new video card, new hard drive while keeping the old, and a new DVD drive while keeping the old one).

I'll continue working on the problem though, at the moment, I need advice.

Edit: Nevermind, I seem to have solved the problem, playing around with the BIOS.

The very same thing has happened to me many times. Each time called for a different solution. Did try entering the bios, and ensuring that the hdd that contains your os is in the boot sequence?

It seems that it had something to do with the boot sequence though that's fixed now. For some reason, the Hard Drives were set to boot twice…

…but my problem is all fixed now as I'm typing from the computer that had that problem.

I dread the restart though…
