Please, recently something happened to my sound. Have no idea what happened, but it took out my microphone and my cards micrpophone capacity. The microphone itself isn't a problem, yet the card is. Is there a way to set up a new one via line in? For use in different apps like skype teamspeak etc?

You should be able to use a microphone with the line in sockets, just like any other input device. How well it will work is another matter. IIRC microphone sockets are often amplified, so you may find that using line in your microphone is very quiet. If you do have problems then I'd suggest getting a USB microphone. They're cheap and work quite well in my experience.
