With the current economic crisis in the United States, and in spite of attempts to reach a deal that would allow them to continue operating, CaseLabs failed to reach an accord and has subsequently filed for bankruptcy and liquidation. As such, it will cease operations in the United States.
In a statement released by the US based manufacturer, they state that the current tariffs imposed by the United States on China, along with a high demand, has made it impossible for them to afford continued operations. Additionally, they announced they regrettably cannot fill the backlog of case orders, but will attempt to fill the remaining outstanding orders for other products as far as they're able to.

Jeff is a missing boss

Saw this late last night as I was going to bed, was going to make a thread about it today as I have two CaseLabs cases.
It's a shame that they couldn't find an option to stay afloat. The quality of their products is second to none and that is ironically enough, part of the problem.
Another company would have probably switched over to using cheaper components and cutting corners but they did not.
