It can get abit cramped inside, so plan ahead how you're going to route wires.

You have similar components as I do. How cramped will it be, and will it be hindering to airflow? I will be adding a Scythe (Sp?) Ninja HS, would it fit without trouble? Do you have and use this case? As for wiring, etc. I hear that the 24 Pin Connector, and Aux cable on most PSU's isn't long enough to reach. (Seeing as the PSU is down the bottom), So I will be getting extensions. Now, for arranging, and neatning. How do you do that well? Do you use cable ties? Would be nice to know, because I am a neat freak. ;) When you and Torpov mention the vent.... are you referring to that 'VGA Cooler'? Because it seems useless anyway, so that would be the first to go. FN_lewrbm69 and Aristitole, thanks for the recommendations though.. Good to see you are helping. :) Thanks again, and replies to my questions would be much appreciated C38368. ;)

Cramped enough that you'll want to install the CPU and HSF before mounting the motherboard. The lower chamber can also wind up rather full--as I've mentioned--if you have a long PSU, especially one with fixed wires.

Do you have and use this case?

Yes.

As for wiring, etc. I hear that the 24 Pin Connector, and Aux cable on most PSU's isn't long enough to reach. (Seeing as the PSU is down the bottom), So I will be getting extensions.

Depends completely on your motherboard and PSU. My setup (A8N-SLI Premium & OCZ PowerStream 520) works without extensions.

Now, for arranging, and neatning. How do you do that well? Do you use cable ties?

Cable ties, keeps, fatensers. Slight them behind the motherboard or the upper drive cage. You need to be creative here.

When you and Torpov mention the vent.... are you referring to that 'VGA Cooler'? Because it seems useless anyway, so that would be the first to go.

Yes, and I think it pretty much is.

Kommandant RoβOne more thing, I do have a budget. Nothing to extreme. I just saw the Lian Li PC-S80, and I know they make top quality cases, but the tag was $499 AUD, I almost cried. It is brilliant, but I don't know if I'm commited to spend that much money. But I will just have to see.

I have the Lian Li PC-S80 and I cannot recommend it enough. I agree the price tag is hefty and considering it doesn't even come with a power supply it's even worse.

Having said all that, it is an absolute dream to work on. No sharp edges, tons of space and all of the thoughtful little things you wish all cases had. For example, the case is designed to allow the Motherboard and all of the PCI cards connected to it, to be pulled straight out the back of the case with the undoing of 4 thumb screws.

It really is an investment that would last you for your next 2 or 3 system upgrades.

Anyone seen the massive new Lian Li cube? I believe it's called the PC343B, but it's not on the Lian Li site yet.

I want one. :naughty:

I'm not such a big fan of cubes... they're a horrible investment as far as real estate is concerned. Admittedly though, they are brilliant for compartmentalising the thing.

However, in the interests of cooling... damn you for linking that!

Well it's kinda pointless for anything short of a server with an immense RAID away, but who ever needs a point to buy something? :D

It's obviously huge, I think it's about 18" in each dimension although I don't think it's quite a perfect cube, but I could live with something that big because I like their styling and it would make working with your PC a dream. Having said that, cases on wheels look crap so once those are taken off it might be a bit hard to move. :p

I reckon you could fit a Vapochill in it with no trouble. Might have to move the PSU so that the Vapo could sit at the bottom (or build a shelf so it can be at the top), but meh. That or an immense water cooling system.
