I've been getting alot of "The game looks the same if you change it to DX9 and turn up the graphics, and you'll get better FPS" so i was just wondering..... how do you change it to DX9?

I'm not sure if you can, Vista runs DX9 in some weird emulation mode. Check tweakguides thing on crysis, he lists all the known commands

Um... DX10 settings the "very high" game settings. Anything below very high for most settings is technically DX9 stuff. Thats why very high settings is completely greyed out for me since I don't have a DX10 card. (Even though you can run DX10 settings with a DX9 card and under XP...the performance is terrible at those settings.)
